Shipping Policy
SECTION 1 - Estimated Time of Arrival
All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we embroider that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!
Orders are processed when the payment is accepted. We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, except for holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Production Time & Processing
- Time Production Time: 1-3 business days.
- Processing Time: For outline designs, text, and dates, processing will occur during the day (except on Sundays and holidays). For full-color designs (e.g., full-color custom dogs, full-color photos), the processing time is one working day.
- Total Time: 2-5 business days.
Please Note:
- When the order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can track your package all the way.
- Personalized orders and orders requiring modifications may take a few additional days for our designer to complete customization.
- During holiday seasons, high volumes and increased pressure may delay processing and delivery times by up to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience.

- Shipping Time: 5 – 9 days.

Difficult-to-Ship US States Includes: Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Northern Mariana Islands, and military areas with state codes: AA, AE, AP.
- Shipping Time: 12 – 30 days.
- Tracking: Some states may not have tracking updates (e.g., Puerto Rico).
- Duties and Taxes: Recipients are responsible for any customs duties and fees.

European Union (EU); United Kingdom (UK), Canada (CA), Australia (AU):
- Shipping Time: 10 – 20 days.
- Duties and Taxes: Recipients are responsible for any customs duties and fees.

Other Countries:
- Shipping Time: 12 – 30 days.
- Restricted Delivery Zones: We do not ship to the following restricted zones due to adverse politics and/or pandemic status: Cuba (CU); Iran (IR); North Korea (KP); Sierra Leone (SL); Palestinian Territories; South Sudan; Myanmar; Crimea Ukraine
SECTION 2 - Order Tracking
Pawemb uses USPS Service to deliver ordered items to customers.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order all the way home. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If there is no information available when you attempt to track your package, it means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page. If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we will assist you.
Incorrect Address
Ensure you provide the correct address at checkout. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may contact you for an update, causing delivery delays.
We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender due to an incorrect address. Returned orders will be donated to charities and will not be returned to our warehouse. For orders returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will be required to resend your order. If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
